It is self catering and nothing.,I mean, nothing was needed. We were truly comfortable and I slept, peacefully, on the first night which is unusual, for me, in new places. Seaford and New Haven beaches are a must visit, as well as a irking Gap and Cuckmere. Go towards Hastings to Alexandra Park, but don’t follow SatNav! Part on St Helens road. Our host, Sam was great and we enjoyed fresh eggs and milk..a real fresh farm treat! The horses, Jasmine and Bren will greet you well; especially if you have a polo mint! This is a must stay.

Cupboards well stocked with essentials and Sam also provided some additional extras which were hugely appreciated.
A great base to explore the surrounding countryside and coast. Lots of information about local walks and horses and chickens on site gives this a Lovely country feel.
