Little Shiplake is available from 2pm onwards and needs to be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure.
A 50% deposit ( non refundable) will be required to reserve Little Shiplake for you when you confirm a booking. Either a cheque in the post to Sam Latham or I will give you my details for on line banking when you book.

The location is far enough off the beaten path, but actually not too far from the beach, centre, and surrounding areas such as Eastbourne and Hastings. Until this trio, York... read more has been my favourite place, in the U.K., but it’s quite far. This accommodation is closer to Milton Keynes, and it has everything! It is self catering and nothing.,I mean, nothing was needed. We were truly comfortable and I slept, peacefully, on the first night which is unusual, for me, in new places. Seaford and New Haven beaches are a must visit, as well as a irking Gap and Cuckmere. Go towards Hastings to Alexandra Park, but don’t follow SatNav! Part on St Helens road. Our host, Sam was great and we enjoyed fresh eggs and milk..a real fresh farm treat! The horses, Jasmine and Bren will greet you well; especially if you have a polo mint! This is a must stay.

Sam is a welcoming host, at hand if you need her, but respecting the privacy of her guests.
We had a wonderful week, and intend to return.

Sam is such a nice host, friendly and approachable. Cottage was clean and tidy, with everything you could possibly need. The village shop was a short walk away if you... read more need anything (like freshly baked pan au chocolat!). The chickens and horses were so friendly and amusing. We drove to Bopeep upon Sam's suggestion and had an amazing walk to Alfriston and back. Would I book again? Absolutely!
