Until this trio, York... read more has been my favourite place, in the U.K., but it’s quite far. This accommodation is closer to Milton Keynes, and it has everything! It is self catering and nothing.,I mean, nothing was needed. We were truly comfortable and I slept, peacefully, on the first night which is unusual, for me, in new places. Seaford and New Haven beaches are a must visit, as well as a irking Gap and Cuckmere. Go towards Hastings to Alexandra Park, but don’t follow SatNav! Part on St Helens road. Our host, Sam was great and we enjoyed fresh eggs and milk..a real fresh farm treat! The horses, Jasmine and Bren will greet you well; especially if you have a polo mint! This is a must stay.

we recently enjoyed a lovely relaxing weekend in Laughton & were extremely pleased with our accommodation at Little Shiplake. The owner Sam, gave us great advise on the area &... read more we enjoyed a delicious lunch at the nearby Yew Tree Inn.
The accommodation had everything you could need for homely stay .. well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom & loads of storage space. Quiet location across the courtyard from the main house, but Sam was on hand for any issues, or just a friendly chat!
Would definitely stay again when in the area.

This is an amazing cottage, set in a stunning location. Beautiful gardens surround it with a private outside area. The cottage is detached, spotlessly clean, well equipped and charming.
... read more /> The owner couldn’t have been more helpful, was really warm and accommodating with tonnes of local knowledge to help us maximise our break.
Conveniently located close to several fine pubs serving great food, whilst being striking distance from the coast, with Brighton and Eastbourne a short drive.
We will definitely be back!

Very pleasant, spotless, comfortable accommodation for two in a great location for exploring the beautiful East Sussex area.
