... read more /> The owner couldn’t have been more helpful, was really warm and accommodating with tonnes of local knowledge to help us maximise our break.
Conveniently located close to several fine pubs serving great food, whilst being striking distance from the coast, with Brighton and Eastbourne a short drive.
We will definitely be back!

Sam is a welcoming host, at hand if you need her, but respecting the privacy of her guests.
We had a wonderful week, and intend to return.

The owner Sam... read more is very friendly and accommodating and she kindly took time out to let me daughter feed the chickens and and stroke the horses.
Great location for visiting nearby Lewes and Brighton is only a short drive away. Beautiful Southdowns countryside with plenty of places to go walking. Also close to a few great pubs with good food and lovely beer gardens.
We will definitely be back!

The cottage is well equipped and Sam, the host, has ensured that everything you need is readily available. Plenty of toiletries provided and a full cooked Breakfast delivered to you... read more should you choose this option. Cupboards well stocked with essentials and Sam also provided some additional extras which were hugely appreciated.
A great base to explore the surrounding countryside and coast. Lots of information about local walks and horses and chickens on site gives this a Lovely country feel.

The location is far enough off the beaten path, but actually not too far from the beach, centre, and surrounding areas such as Eastbourne and Hastings. Until this trio, York... read more has been my favourite place, in the U.K., but it’s quite far. This accommodation is closer to Milton Keynes, and it has everything! It is self catering and nothing.,I mean, nothing was needed. We were truly comfortable and I slept, peacefully, on the first night which is unusual, for me, in new places. Seaford and New Haven beaches are a must visit, as well as a irking Gap and Cuckmere. Go towards Hastings to Alexandra Park, but don’t follow SatNav! Part on St Helens road. Our host, Sam was great and we enjoyed fresh eggs and milk..a real fresh farm treat! The horses, Jasmine and Bren will greet you well; especially if you have a polo mint! This is a must stay.
